In order to teach class 2/1 students something new about healthy diet, teacher Lidija Milanković organized an Open Door class titled 'Healthy Food - Healthy Diet'. The class was attended by a big number of parents and the students had a chance to show in class what they knew about healthy diet and why it is important for growth and development. Activities ranged from the students making food pyramids to preparing healthy snacks and making dolls from vegetables. The most interesting thing about the class was the inclusion of the parents in the activities, which was something the kids especially liked.
